By accessing or using the website located at palmcoastsunrooms.com, requesting a free estimate, or entering into a service agreement with CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with us online or in person.
CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms provides sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installations, and related construction and remodeling services to residential property owners in Palm Coast, FL and surrounding communities. The scope of work for any specific project is defined in a written proposal or contract provided to the customer prior to the start of work. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline.
Free on-site estimates are provided at no charge and without obligation. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and may be subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or the scope of work change prior to or during construction.
Final pricing is set forth in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins. We do not begin construction without a signed agreement and any required deposit. Price adjustments after contract signing require a written change order agreed to by both parties.
All construction work performed by CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms is subject to applicable local building codes and permit requirements. We are responsible for obtaining required building permits from the relevant county or municipal authority unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for obtaining any separate homeowners association (HOA) approvals required for their property. Work will not commence until all required permits are in hand. Permit fees are included in the project estimate unless separately itemized.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit approval timelines, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes promptly.
A customer may cancel a signed agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty, in accordance with applicable law. Cancellations after that period may be subject to costs incurred for materials ordered, permits filed, or work performed. Any deposit paid may be partially or fully retained to cover documented costs. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hi@palmcoastsunrooms.com.
Payment terms are set forth in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is due upon contract signing, progress payments are due at specified project milestones, and the final payment is due upon substantial completion and customer walkthrough. All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the contract. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. We reserve the right to suspend work on accounts with overdue balances.

We warrant our workmanship against defects in materials and construction for a period specified in your project contract. This warranty covers defects resulting from our work and does not cover damage caused by the customer, third parties, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain the structure as recommended. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. No other express or implied warranty is made beyond what is stated in the project contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of property conditions or ownership, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
We hope to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern about our work or billing, contact us first at hi@palmcoastsunrooms.com or (386) 529-0493. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, the parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be filed in the appropriate court in Florida.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
