CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms was founded in 2023 by a team with deep roots in Florida construction. Palm Coast is a city built fast - most of its homes went up during the ITT development push in the 1970s and 1980s - and a lot of those homeowners are now ready to get more out of their properties. That is the gap we set out to fill.
We focus exclusively on sunrooms, patio enclosures, and screen rooms because Florida's climate demands specialists. A sunroom built to a northern standard will be unusable by May.
