Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

CityWorks Palm Coast Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related construction services for residential properties in Palm Coast, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Permits and Regulations

We will assist with obtaining necessary permits for your project. However, you are responsible for ensuring your property meets local zoning requirements and homeowner association guidelines. You must provide access to your property and any required documentation.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work with warranty coverage on materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area during the project. Please secure pets and remove any valuable items from the work area. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during construction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
